Crazy hypothetical: Swallowing the Blarney stone*

What if you had the power to convince anyone to do anything with the power of your words?  Whatever you tell someone they will blindly follow without any of their own thinking.  So anything you said will greatly affect the people around you.  Any fact you tell them they will accept as truth, any command you give will be followed.  You then will then be held responsible for anything that comes from what you tell people.  How would this change how you speak?
